Asado, Argentine style
Copious amounts of meat. A prevoletta. Lots of delights to pick at (of course!) and we've got ourselves a BBQ Argentine style. Without light, the odd burnt spud can be forgiven - especially given how good the rest of it all was! And it's true, a prevoletta can take up to 3 hours to cook... who'd have thought?
